DSC_0133 copy blommorochsantTänkte berätta lite om de ingredienser jag valde i inlägget igår, om varför jag använde just dem.

Rosmarin är en väldigt stimulerande krydda, den kickar igång blodcirkulationen, värmer upp leder, renar och skärper koncentrationen. Kan dessutom vara en av de eteriska oljorna jag gillar bäst, har den i hårvård och tvål för den bakteriehämmande och stimulerande effekten.

Vildros eller nyponros vet jag faktiskt inte om den har någon speciell effekt på huden. Men jag blir glad av nyponrosor och bara det tror jag är bra för själen, och bada gör man ju oftast för att må bra.

Kamomill en mer lugnande och rogivande doft finns ju knappt, dessutom är kamomill bra mot hudirritation.

Havregryn är väldigt mjukgörande och fuktighetsgivande. Din hy kommer att älska dig om du matar den med havregryn. Dessutom finns det naturliga saponiner i havregryn som rengör och löser upp smuts i porer på ett skonsamt sätt.

Hurra för att du har börjat blogga igen! Har en fråga, du gillar ju det naturliga, men tar du kosttillskott? I sånna fall vilka? Jag funderar på att börja ta rosenrot för bättre energi. Jag är periodare, skulle säga att jag äter olika kosttillskott i månader om tre, sedan inget alls under ett par månader, sedan är jag på´t igen hehe. Just Rosenrot har jag faktiskt bara ätit en enda månad, så märkte typ ingen skillnad alls. Bipollen återkommer jag däremot alltid till, så det kan jag verkligen rekommendera!
