YOGA STONED.

DSC_0457Wow vilket pass jag hade, blev alldeles yoga-hög efteråt. Jag gick på en fortsättningsklass idag, var nervös innan att jag hade tagit mig vatten över huvudet, i höstas hade jag knappast sett framför mig att jag skulle gå på en fortsättningsklass efter jul. Men de här tre veckorna under smekmånaden då jag har yogat varje dag har verkligen gett resultat märkte jag. Jag kände mig så himla stark, smidig och fokuserad. För första gången någonsin provade jag Pincha Mayurasana, när man står som på händer fast med hela underarmarna som stöd, och det gick som en dans, både att komma upp och stå kvar. Så sjukt häftigt! Och handståendet, Adho Mukha Vrksasana gick även det jätttebra, med hjälp av en annan elev som satte knytnäven mellan mina lår så kunde jag pressa ut fötterna från väggen och stå utan väggstöd stadigt i flera sekunder. Yaay för utveckling!

Jag typ kissade på mig av lycka när jag lyckades göra en liten poweryoga-vändning här om dagen så jag är väldigt imponerad av vad du kan!
